Satellite TV without the satellite. by SoftwareGuru If you live in the Republic of Ireland and use Xbox 360, it is now possible to watch satellite TV online - legally! - whether you are an existing Sky customer or not. Although YouTube often grabs the multimedia headlines, Sky's own online streaming service (Sky Player) has been evolving for some time now. Built using the free video streaming plugin Microsoft Silverlight, Sky Player is now available in Ireland via Video Marketplace for all Xbox 360 consoles.
